Antonio Villarruel, AIA provided full service Architectural Construction Drawing and Contract Administration services for this fast track project. The site is on a highly visible promontory point in the Spectrum, an upscale office/manufacturing development in Westlake Village. The tilt-up concrete structure has many unusual details, textures of concrete and sloped wall panels in a curvilinear design.Adding to the complexity was siting the structure which required parking on the sloped site, while keeping the existing oak trees undisturbed.
