This project, with existing Architectural design services started by a different design company called for Design and Construction Administration services from Villarruel Architects, Inc. As a part of the new design plan, Antonio Villarruel was called upon to provide plans and details for the construction of already designed elements as well as pieces of the project that were to be re-designed by Villarruel Architects, Inc. The new site location for the OCCAM Networks was a very large raw building that required the design of many new support elements such as stairs, a ramp, 10-car parking area along with a few other miscellaneous site improvements. The services rendered by Villarruel Architects, Inc. have given a new home to OCCAM Networks in Goleta, CA.
