This design for a Welcome Center incorporates a bungalow style building with an outdoor recreational area for community gatherings in the city of Castaic Lake, CA. The two-story height building features post and timber construction, stone veneer detailing, vaulted ceilings, indoor/outdoor fireplace, lounge, patio with trellis, kitchen and offices. The outdoor recreation area includes concrete walkways, stone planters, open grass areas, rich landscaping, sitting areas with wood trellises, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, blue tiled showers, bandstand and gathering area.The use of creative design elements and natural materials makes the Welcome Center a warm and inviting place to gather for the community.
