Mr. Villarruel's experience in professional architecture and land planning began in 1978. Antonio's experience has focused on the planning and production phases of the design process, remaining actively involved during the construction process. Antonio specializes in issues of cost control, effective contract management. He has broad experience in constructability and code compliance issues, and has worked closely with all levels of State and Local governing agencies.

Eric has a wide range of experience with educational, commercial and institutional projects, including DSA processing. He has extensive background with CAD drawing production, building design and technical support.

Jennifer has over nine years of professional experience in all phases of design and planning. She brings particular skill and focus to efficient and thoroughly functional plan layout and space utilization and proven ability to produce visually exciting and aesthetically pleasing designs. Jennifer assists the project team during the programming and design phase of projects.

Mr. Han is involved in all levels of management with the design and production of projects. His expertise in product and contract management has proved to be both timely and cost effective for both owners and vendors. In addition, he is involved in the processing of projects with County, City and Public Utility Agencies for infrastructure services. Han assists the team with construction documents, project quality, client service and satisfaction. He also acts as a liaison between the project teams and lead architect, review and monitor project schedules, budget, and project requirements.
