Description:
The project program called for a tilt-up concrete corporate headquarters building with associated warehouse storage and distribution for a growing company. Antonio Villarruel, AIA provided full architectural, engineering and construction administration services including program development, building and site design, interior space design, and cost estimating. The project consists of 13,000 square feet of corporate offices including general business sales and marketing offices, along with 14,000 square feet of assembly and distribution warehouse space.The building is situated on the highest hillside lot within the city of Westlake Village. The architecture was recognized for creating a positive impact that future development in the surrounding area will have to follow, thus creating a sense of community.
