Antonio Villarruel, AIA was selected by the Dale Poe Real Estate Group for full architectural services to design a pair of tilt-up concrete office / warehouse buildings with a total of 33 units. Each unit contained first and second floor office space, toilet rooms and warehouse with a roll up door. The 213,800 square foot site was located in a upscale office / manufacturing development and is highly visible from the 101 freeway. Site planning design included handicap accessibility, site drainage, exterior lighting, landscaping and parking layout.Antonio Villarruel, AIA worked closely with the City of Agoura Hills Planning Commissionto effectively implement design/material guidelines thus ensuring swift and successful completion of the project.
