The Compton Unified School District selected Villarruel Architects, Inc to design 3 new tennis courts and remodel and repair 5 existing courts at Centennial High School. All 8 tennis courts were design to meet CIF standards. The existing damaged nets and winding mechanisms were removed and replaced with new. The existing cracked concrete was repaired. The 3 new tennis courts received new perimeter fencing, drains, drinking fountain, accessible gates and color coordinated paint. Also included were 5 row aluminum bleachers and perimeter concrete paving. The Tennis team of Centennial High School now have new regulation size tennis courts that they can be proud to call home.
