This project for a residential remodel, designed by Antonio Villarruel, AIA Architects includeda new kitchen layout, a breakfast nook addition and new master bedroom addition with a master bath. Design improvements and upgrades to the front facade of the house include new Spanish tile roofing, large half-round windows, tall entrance tower, ceramic tile inlays and a decorative brick potshelf. The house includes a covered veranda off of the Great Room which faces out onto a rose garden and large backyard.. These new design features greatly enhance the visual appeal and value of this Hacienda style home in the upscale neighborhood of North Hills, CA.
